What to bring for your retreat

· Please bring USD cash (no torn bills please, these will be refused) with you for your stay to cover your remaining balance if you have one, EKG and additional treatment options such as massage, Reiki or any items from our shop. The extra treatments are optional but almost everyone chooses to partake.

· Due to the 13% Costa Rican tax on transfers to our Zelle/bank wire, we strongly recommend that you bring enough cash. About $700 per person (plus your remaining balance and EKG) is recommended to allow you to enjoy the supportive modalities during the week. · Spiritual shower clothes: light clothing that you are willing to get riafter you complete your spiritual shower in the river. This is an opportunity for you to symbolically/energetically leave something behind after you have cleansed through the spiritual shower process (the clothing will be donated/thrown away).  Examples: boxers/shorts/bathing suit/tshirt/tank top. Please no pants or long sleeves.
· Water bottle
· Flashlight/headlamp
· Journal & pen 
‍· Natural shampoo, conditioner and bug spray
· Eye mask 
· Bathing suit/shorts/shirts/dresses/flip flops/walking shoes/sun hat
· Long comfy pants/long shirt/sweatshirt x 2
· May – November is the wet season, if you come in those months bring a light rain jacket and comfy slip-on rain shoes (like crocs but without holes). During this season it typically rains for a few hours in the afternoon.
