4 Day Iboga Liver Flush (Optional)

Ingredients

2 large oranges (peeled)
1/2 grapefruit (peeled)
1/2 lemon (peeled)
1/2 inch of ginger root (peeled)
1/8 TBS of whole cloves
1/2 TBS of pure maple syrup
1 clove of garlic
3 stems of parsley
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
3oz of filtered water
2TBS of extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  • Blend in a high-speen blender for 2 minutes
  • Strain out the pulp
  • Place back in the blender
  • Add two TBS of extra virgin olive oil
  • Blend on high for 40 seconds

Instructions for 4 Days in a Row

  • Upon waking up, brush yourteeth
  • Drink 8oz of water
  • Make and drink your liver flush drink all at once
  • Do not eat for 3 hours after the liver flush
  • Do not have any fried foods for four days
  • No alcohol or caffeine for four days
  • No dairy for 4 days
