Deposit, Rescheduling & Refund Policy:
Because our retreats are intimate, highly curated experiences that require extensive preparation and limited capacity, we maintain the following policies to ensure clarity, fairness, and energetic integrity for all involved.
Group Retreats:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your space in a group retreat.If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferable to a future group retreat (within one year), based on the following parameters:
14+ days’ notice: 100% of your deposit is transferable (non-refundable)
13 days or less: 0% of your deposit is transferable (non-refundable)
Due to the intimate nature of our retreats and the extensive preparation involved, deposits cannot be refunded.
Private Retreats:
Private retreats reserve exclusive dates, resources, and facilitator availability for one individual and cannot be refilled if released. For this reason, private retreats follow a different structure.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at booking to secure your private retreat dates. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the retreat start date.
All payments for private retreats are non-refundable.
Rescheduling Private Retreats-
-More than 21 days’ notice: Payments may be applied one time only toward a future private retreat date within 6 months, subject to availability.
-20 days or less: All payments are forfeited and cannot be transferred.
Refunds & Early Departure:
-If you choose to leave the retreat before the experience is completed, no partial refunds or credits will be provided under any circumstances, including family emergencies or other personal reasons.
-No refunds or credits will be given based on whether or not the medicine “worked.” We hold the retreat space as a sacred container for your process to unfold in its own timing. Integration often continues well beyond the retreat itself.
Facilitator Cancellations: In the unlikely event that Awaken Your Soul needs to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, force majeure, or other events beyond our control)- You may choose one of the following:
Transfer your deposit and any payments made to a rescheduled retreat date (within one year)
Request a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit.
Awaken Your Soul is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by participants, including airfare, transportation, or lodging outside of the retreat package.
Assumption of Risk & Personal Responsibility:
Participation in our retreats may include ceremonies, nature outings, swimming, and other immersive practices.
**Like anything, there are risks, just as there would be crossing the street. By submitting a deposit you are confirming your understanding that participating in any retreat activities such as ceremonies, nature outings, swimming, etc. have inherent risks, dangers and hazards and participation in such outings or events may result in injury or illness. Awaken Your Soul and each of its present and former owners, principals, members, agents and employees are not liable for damage, losses or personal injury resulting from participation in any aspect of our retreat.
***Awaken Your Soul does a thorough screening of each participants physical, mental, emotional and spiritual state. By submitting this deposit you agree that you are fit to participate in this retreat. AYS is not responsible for your experience with the medicine itself. We create the space for you to do your own work and greatly support your process along the way. How you choose to listen to the information shared is up to you. No refunds or credits will be given based on whether the medicine did or did not “work”.
